firmly
for

of
the

being
so
generally
repudiated
-redemption
through
the
precious
blood
of
"the

further
mission

to

It
stands
free
from
all
parties,

of
men,
while
it
seeks
more
and
more
to
bring
its
every
utterance
into
fullest
Bubjection
to
the
will
of
God
in
Christ,
as
expressed
in
the
holy
Scriptures.
It
is
thus
free
to
declare
boldly
wbatsoever
the
Lord
hath
spoken-according
to
the
divine
wisdom
granted
unto
us
to
understand
his
utterances.
Its
attitude
is
not
dogmatic,
but
confident;
for
we
know

we
affirm,
treading
with
implicit
faith
upon
the
sure
promises
of
God.
It
is
beld
as
a
trust,
to

used
only
in
his
service;
hence
our
decisions
relative
to
what

must
be

to
our
judgment

upbuild,ing
of
his

And
we
not
only
invite
but
urge

readers
to
prove
all
its
utterances
by
the
infallible
Word
to
which
reference
is
constantly
made
to

is
"the

PUBLIC
WITNESS
It
should
be
remembered
that
one
of
the
chief
commis
sions
to
the
Church
at
this
time
is
to
give
a
witness
to
the
kingdom.
Pilgrims
are
sent
out
for
this
purpose.
We
earnestly
urge
upon
the
classes
that
with
each
Pilgrim
visit
they
make
an
effort
for
one
public
witness.
A
good
hall
should
be
taken,
and
the
meeting
well
advertised
.
Remember
that
it
is
the
witness
that
is
to
be
given.
Do
not
leave
the
public
witness
to
local
brethren
to
the
exclu
sion
of
the
Pilgrim
brethren.
Unless
an
effort
Is
made
to
have
a
well-advertised
public
meeting
when
a
Pilgrim
brother
visits
a
class
we
think
a
mistake
is
made.
We
hope
the
classes
will
proceed
in
accordance
with
this,
and
cooperate
fUlly.
When
the
meeting
is
on
Sunday,
a
special
effort
should
be
made
to
have
it
in
a
well-located
hall
and
thoroughly
advertised.
